Three-axis flight simulators, which are used by most major airlines, are invaluable in the aviation industry, allowing these airlines to control the costs of recertification and initial training. For one of the largest manufacturers of business class jets in the world, Custom Case Group’s engineers designed a custom case interior that protects the critical parts of the latest version of this system from damage during transport. The case is specifically configured so that it is large enough to house a 30-inch LCD monitor, laptop and control stick, but light enough to stow and tote around with ease. The case interior comprises a combination of technology, including high quality Polyurethane foam with a Polyethylene cushion top that is water jet cut to achieve a custom fit, protecting the equipment from shock and environmental damage.
