Medical Simulation Equipment

Medical simulation technology is developing rapidly. These days, simulators can be designed to blink, breathe, and cry—basically mimic almost every function of the human body. Some simulators even have a heartbeat and pulse and are able to recognize injected medications and respond with realistic vital signs. As you can imagine, this technology is extremely important for the advancements in medicine that benefit us all.

Knowing, then, what precious cargo these simulator cases would carry, we started our design using a top-of-the-line Pelican Storm IM2950 case. The case would carry the simulator and a lot of training equipment along with it, so we also knew that visual inventory would be an important factor. The waterjet-cut foam interior design we came up with was based on the dimensions and intended use of every component in the kit.
